In the little town of Circleville, Ohio which is best known for their Pumpkin Festival, strange letters start appearing in mailboxes. The writer of these letters seem to know the communities deepest, darkest secrets and are threatening to expose them or cause harm, if the receiver of the letter doesn't do as they're told. 

Who is behind these 1000's letters? What is the purpose? Will the letter writer ever stop? Who is A? Wait...that last question is from something else, but the others are relevant.
