Mallory McMorrow became the youngest woman ever elected to the Michigan Senate after defeating a Republican incumbent in her first-ever run for office in 2018. Mallory has been a vocal advocate for gun violence prevention, public education, and standing up against hateful rhetoric that aims to scapegoat already marginalized people.
