Through my Spiritual Awakening, herbs have been strongly allies. I am not only referring in the way of showing me what I couldn't see, but also to help me remember memories, and of course, my gifts.

It is so beautiful that when we actually open ourselves up to receive, we receive from many directions. And what a gift it is that we have so much plant medicine and herbs at our fingertips to help us. When we treat them with respect and honor their spirit, they will also honor us, and show us what we are meant to see at that moment.
