There is one practice that has been a gem during my Kundalini Awakening and that is Kundalini Yoga. The awakening process as it is, is challenging, so we need something to balance the difficulties and feel that something bigger than us has our back. Kundalini Yoga has done that for me. It gave a foundation for my everyday life, and it kept me present in the most challenging moments of my Awakening. It truly is a blessing. In this episode, I share with you how practicing Kundalini Yoga made my Awakening more bearable.
