Running for Judge can be one of the hardest things to do, and being the first female doesn’t make the campaign any easier. With sheer determination and a strong business mind, Eleanor St. John co-owned and operated a local television station named KQEG. Also, as a contributing member of the Ho Chunk Nation and Eagles Clan, Elinor integrates her cultural beliefs into her business interactions and daily life. Her willingness to unconditionally help other people, indirectly educate about cultural differences, and share her good fortune with our community makes Eleanor a special attribute to La Crosse. Dolly Ozburn is funny, skilled, and ambitious. She was a pitcher in the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League and led her team to a League championship in 1952. Her lifetime ERA is 2.04, and you will find her in the Baseball Hall of Fame. Dolly is an accomplished woman, and that is why I was yearning to uncover her story. Docudrama created by Luke E.
