Life gets in the way.
Often, though, what could be small setbacks completely derail our progress.
We throw our plan out the window because things aren't just right.
You have another option.
Do what you can, close to the plan.
You can't be perfect, but you can be consistent.
You've got this.
Sometimes, the results stop being worth the effort.
Yet, we persist, fearing criticism or ridicule.
You owe nothing to anybody but yourself.
Know when to quit.
Some may call it failure, a mistake, or weakness.
You can just as easily call it growth.
There's no shame in that.
You've got this.
You'll make mistakes, fail to reach goals, and see things that you'd like to change about yourself every day.
Beating yourself up won't create that change.
Pat yourself on the back for recognizing your shortcomings.
Then, put in the work to get better.
That's all you can do.
You've got this.
Staying hydrated sounds simple, but many of us don't do it properly.

We often let life pass us by, always working toward what's next.
Our hopes and dreams have value, but can, at times, keep us from appreciating our reality.
The future isn't guaranteed.
Complement your efforts for a better tomorrow with a recognition that all you have is today.
You've got this.
Your bad day has nothing to do with anybody else's.
Theirs may have been worse.
Yours may have been worse.
It doesn't matter.
This isn't a contest.
A bad day is a bad day.
Why pull each other down?
Is it not more helpful to lift each other up?
Be a part of the solution.
You've got this.
Who you are and how you're living aren't set in stone.
You can decide to change.
That doesn't mean it will be easy.
Your circumstances might constrain you.
It might not be clear how you'd like to change.
You can figure that out, though.
What matters is that you get started.
You've got this.
Giving up won't correct a failure.
It only ensures that you never succeed.
If the end goal matters to you, keep trying.
Sure, you might fail again.
At least you give yourself another chance.
Otherwise, you know the alternative.
You definitely won't succeed if you don't try.
You've got this.
Figuring out which fats are the healthiest or how much fat to eat per day can be a real challenge.
For a little bit of clarity, check out my post all about fats at coachroba.com/fats

Planning can make tomorrow's problems more manageable.
Worrying, however, is letting tomorrow's problems ruin today.
The future will bring its challenges.
Position yourself to handle them as well as you can.
Then, let them be what they will be.
Focus on action, not anxiety.
You've got this.
