We libertarians tend to take the "live and let live" approach to a lot of moral issues. If you're not violating the rights of others, then we have no interest in using force to stop you from doing whatever you want to do. Does that mean that the behavior should always be encouraged? And if the behavior isn't expected to be very beneficial for society, how do we go about promoting better behavior? We use an article from The American Mind by Bedivere Bedrydant that takes a critical stance on libertarians getting in the way of a ban on pornography to explore these ideas.

A lot of people like to dismiss Bitcoin by saying something like, "Bitcoin is nice and all, but the government is just going to shut it down." The whole purpose of Bitcoin is strike at the root of government's power, but just assuming that the government not only can but also would want to simply shut it down ignores a lot of the interesting game theory that's going on in the global competition for power. We bring on our friend and frequent guest, CarCampIt, to discuss these ideas.

We change things up a bit this episode by talking a little bit about politics and current events. We talk about how normies handle politics, Nancy Pelosi tearing Trump's speech during the State of the Union, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's Instagram post, and the Coronavirus. We even reveal our massive conspiracy theory on national levels of politics.

Jacob from Tasting Anarchy joins us on the show for a third time to take us back to first principles to discuss how we could work through the problems of child abuse. We all know how bad the state is with CPS, but not many people discuss the alternatives. We do that here and so much more.

Set phasers to bullish for this episode. We invited American Hodl on the show to help us make an appeal to people, specifically libertarians, standing on the sidelines on Bitcoin. Why is Bitcoin important? What should you do to get your first Bitcoin? We discuss this and much, much more!

Target Tori was the latest example of an attempt at Cancel Culture that ultimately failed because of how ridiculous it was. Whether or not the perpetrator was being serious or was simply a troll, it was at least nice to see people rally around Tori and help her out. But the internet rage mobs in general aren't a great idea. It makes us stick our noses in places they probably don't belong.
Is there a way out? There sure it. Once again, Bitcoin fixes this. BTCpayServer is a tool that people susceptible to cancellation should start leveraging. And it's just an awesome tool in general: we've recently added it at LibertyMugs.com to handle our Bitcoin payment processing.

"I have not fled justice--I have escaped injustice and political persecution."
These words were spoken by Carlos Ghosn, a former Nissan executive on trial in Japan. He was charged with financial misconduct and did not trust the Japanese courts to give him a fair trial. So instead of getting railroaded, he hired some people to smuggle him out of Japan and back to his home country of Lebanon. This raises some interesting questions about private markets for escaping justice systems.

Our friend Buck joins us this week to talk about his plans to try to become a delegate for the Libertarian Party so he can vote to make Jacob Hornberger the presidential nominee. He only wants to nominate Hornberger so he can spread the message of liberty and convert people to the movement and wants no other involvement in politics (including voting in the election). He wants us to join the Libertarian Party simply to support him. Are we being unreasonable by saying no when the effort on our part would be very low?
After all, Bitcoin fixes all of this.

Services like Cash App, Robinhood, and Acorn have been popping up that break down the barriers to entry to the stock market for average people. Is this access good or bad? Is it good that so many of us are so invested in stock market and other investment vehicles that we may not really understand? What caused us to get here and is there a way out?
