Yesterday, by virtue of being on both the House Judiciary and House Intelligence Committees, US Congressman Eric Swalwell had two opportunities to question former Special Counsel Robert Mueller. The status of our dealings with Iran was discussed with Hoover Research Fellow Abbas Milani. Until yesterday, Iran said it would not engage in talks with the U.S. unless the sanctions were removed and America re-signed the nuclear agreement President Trump rejected. Now they are adding a new condition that the United States must also stop selling arms to our Gulf allies. This reduces the prospect of a non-military solution.
