God has a plan and it consists of the work of Jesus Christ, preached by His church to all people, in an urgent manner, regardless of the cost. To the unbelieving world this plan seems intolerant, inappropriate, pushy and illogical. To the believer it is daunting, scary, huge and completely worth it.

If God was looking to bless someone or a group of people somewhere, am I an available conduit of blessing? Am I where blessings go to die?

God saves us by His grace and for His glory. As Christians it is easy to believe that we should be God-centered but it can be hard to understand that God is God-centered. This must be the case knowing that He is worthy of all glory, honor and praise. If His purpose was anything other than to be God-centered, He Himself would have idols. This means that God's purpose is not to glorify us to glorify Himself and to save us and commission us for that glory.

The Christian life is not a life able to be lived in one's own strength. The person and the people of Christ are called to do much more than they can ever achieve on their own.

This week we talk about God's Radical Word. How it is alive and active and breathed out by God Himself!

We kick off the Radical series with a bang! Today, many American churches preach and model an American Jesus who is just a piece of your life. The problem is, that doesn't line up with what the Bible says about who Jesus is. He is a radical Jesus who does radical things!
