The RDD meets the the TIFF (that's the Toledo International Film Festival) on this week's episode of The Rough Draft Diaries. The TIFF is an annual event that celebrates cultural diversity & international understanding.  Every year, they bring international films to Toledo with special programming and local food that celebrates the culture of each film.
