Tom and Oliver are rowers from Great Britain who have recently finished an incredible season in the Men's Pair, racing to a Bronze medal in the highly competitive event at World Champs. They are also Olympic medalists in the British Men's Eight taking home the Bronze medal in Tokyo. We chat to them about their journey in the sport from school to the elite level and beyond.

Iztok Cop is a retired rower from Slovenia that raced across 6 Olympic Games. Along that journey he picked up multiple Olympic medals, becoming Olympic champion in 2000 as well as world champion on multiple occasions. Best known for his legendary combination with Luka Spik in the double, Iztok also raced in multiple boat classes from his Bronze medal pair to competing against some of the best names in the single scull.

Karolien Florijn is an Olympic silver medalist and world champion hailing from the Netherlands. After a successful campaign racing the four in the Tokyo olympic cycle, Karolien moved in the single scull and took the world by storm winning every race of her season with her ultimate victory at this year’s World Championship.

Imogen Grant is a recent World Champion after capturing Gold at the 2022 World Champs. A veteran from Tokyo, Imogen has made a name for herself in the world this year breaking the World Best Time in the Lightweight Single before becoming the reigning world champion in the Lightweight Double Scull.
