New Ontario law proposed: Extinguishers for Cindy or "Cindy's Law." Cindy Devine died in a vehicle fire in London, ON, 2 years ago after being hit by a drunk driver. Her friend Tony Bendel began a campaign to require each vehicle to contain a fire extinguisher. Thursday Rob, a guest on RGS 2 years ago, engaged at the provincial legislature with Cindy's husband Richard Devine, during a session when the Exitinguishers for Cindy legislation was to be read into the record.
