Toronto employment lawyer Howard Levitt wrote an op ed in the NP titled: Students who signed petition condoning Hamas should have to answer for their decision, arguing law firms should not hire law students who signed anti-Semitic letters such as the students at Toronto Metropolitan University. - Meanwhile 400+ pro-Palestine lawyers in an open letter argue such a decision exposes law students to new MacCarthyism.
