If I attempted to have a 21st century discussion with Queen Esther about computers and Boeing 747's she might easily think I was a god. Likewise, if Dr. Dinah Dye tried to explain, "Putting the clothes in the dryer" to Queen Esther, the queen would possibly wonder if she was a Sorceress!
