In our 15th episode, we’re talking about our 2021 Rule of Life and answering the question “who am I becoming by what I am doing.” Our rule of life is a schedule and set of habits and relational rhythms that help us create space to be present to ourselves, God, and others, as we learn to abide in Jesus and become the best version of ourself. Essentially, it helps us dismantle my destructive rhythms and routines that prohibit us from pursuing life to the full and helps us live in alignment with our deepest passions, desires, and priorities In this episode, we both share a few of our goals for 2021 and give some tips on how to develop your own rule of life.

We are taking a short break from our regular episodes and we're doing a mini series talking about Naming and Praying through Disappointment. In these 5 episodes, our goal is not to “free” ourselves from disappointment, but rather to learn how to process our disappointment before God in an emotionally healthy way that leads to our formation into the image of Jesus.
If you’ve been experiencing any kind of disappointment, grief, or frustration with the circumstances of your life as it currently is, join us as we process our emotions before God and find rest for our disappointment souls.
