About Kelechi:
Kelechi Ukandu is an independent Safeguarding Consultant with expertise in the area of child protection, child exploitation, child sexual abuse and cultural competency. She has more than 16 years of experience working within the NHS acute and community sector. And has held several leadership roles as a nurse, Health Visitor, Safeguarding Advisor, Child Protection Specialist and Named Nurse for Child Protection. Most recently, she has undertaken work independent reviewer for childrenโs services and led in child safeguarding practice review work. About Donna:
Donna has 16 years public sector experience, including her last role as Head of Law for a leading metropolitan authority. Now a safeguarding adviser & trainer, Donna is involved in serious case reviews in both childrenโs and adultsโ safeguarding, domestic homicide and is a SILP Reviewer and Mentor. Donna offers โSILP Schoolโ her university accredited training course, Momentum her space for reviewers & a free online network for leaders in review practice.
