Shane Oliver was one of the very first guests on The Safety Struggle podcast when Dr. Martin first started in the podcast in late 2020! Although he didn't exactly say "I'll be back!" (like the Terminator) - we've both sort of known that this would be come a great friendship and more episodes.

In our first podcast together, Shane and Linda talked about what it was like "coming off the tools" and into safety. A year and a half later, The Safety Struggle audience gets to listen in on a conversation that ranges from kidding among friends/colleagues to what Shane is up to now.
