We are joined in the studio by professional virtual office assistant and VOA manager, Hope Hill as she guides us through working with a virtual assistant. This may be the future for many industries that require part time or full time assistants with specific skillsets and backgrounds.  Using a VOA to facilitate certain business functions can greatly enhance a business owners ability to focus on important activities while freeing up valuable time.  We discuss the strengths and challenges of engaging with a remote assistant and have valuable and affordable this process can be.  Enjoy the show.

The current elect officials proposed a Section 1031 Exchange cap of $500,000 per person, which will definitely affect tax deferred changes if this passes. Greg Schowe with Asset Preservation Inc., takes us through some of the current considerations for an IRS Section 1031 Exchange and his feelings on what the future may hold.  Many believe the outcome of this presidential election is critical to survival of what few tax incentives are left in this country.  We also discuss Reverse Exchanges and other advantages allowable by law such as Section 121.  Enjoy the show.

We are joined by Logan Snider and her mother Rachel Snider from Enid, Oklahoma.  Logan is the first ever winner of the Oklahoma State FFA Auctioneer Championship, and she is only in the 8th grade….  The preliminary round of the inaugural event was held in Oklahoma City and from over 40 students that competed, the top 10 finalist competed at the Oklahoma State Future Farmers of America (FFA) Conference in Tulsa, Oklahoma last month.  Logan explains how she entered the competition, practiced for it and ultimately won the state wide competition.  This is a GREAT opportunity to meet a focused and courageous young lady that fully understands the power of the auction chant.  Enjoy the show.
