Sales Ops Effect Podcast Episode: Love Learning
Welcome back to the Sales Ops Effect podcast! In our Valentine's Day episode, "Love Learning," we explore the joy of continuous learning and its distinction from traditional studying.
As a neurodivergent individual, I share my perspective on the purpose of learning—pursuing understanding rather than memorization for external validation. I challenge the misconception that learning is limited to early education, emphasizing its ongoing importance in personal and professional development.

Sales Ops Effect Podcast Episode: Using AI for clarity
Welcome back to the Sales Ops Effect podcast. Today, we're delving into the realm of AI and its practical applications in enhancing our skills as strategic leaders. I'm your host, Charlene Thompson, and I'm excited to share two ways AI has made a significant impact on my recent endeavors.
In my leadership journey, I've harnessed the power of AI for clarity and organization. Otter AI, originally a meeting recorder, has become my go-to for articulating thoughts. As someone with ADHD, traditional journaling falls short, so I talk to Otter AI. Asking it specific questions later provides clarity on priorities and solutions.
Enter ChatGPT, my tool for planning and agenda-setting. If, like me, you respond better to questions than statements, ChatGPT is a game-changer. Instruct it with specific questions related to tasks, and it guides a more effective thought process. These AI companions have proven invaluable, offering clarity and order in my leadership journey. While human collaboration is essential, these tools serve as trusted aides when clarifying thoughts before sharing.
Explore these tools and share your experience. Have other AI tips or tools? I'm all ears. Thanks for tuning in to Sales Ops Effect, more insights coming soon.
