We've got a great season lined up for you with some truly badass guests and we can't wait for you to hear them. Wherever you are listening to this, it would mean a lot if you could leave us a review and let us know what topics you would like covered. Hope you enjoy!
A 2023 recession is coming! Do you have a battle plan when it comes to future proofing your business? There are all sorts of events happening right now that will shape the landscape of entrepreneurship forever so it's best to start planning right now!
Eric Trice was one of the first students to go through my program, Sales Excellence University. In the course of just 5 years, he was able to build his exterior cleaning company, Absolute Pressure Cleaning, from $36K a year to over $2million! He is proof that with proper sales training and dedication, you too can build a completely different life for yourself in just a few years time.
It's extremely important in business to not get hung up on things that aren't working. No need to wallow in self pity - learn your lesson and move on. We have a saying around the office, "move fast and break things." However, I might add, the end of that saying is, "don't break things more than once." So don't get set in your ways, learn your lessons, move fast and scale fast!
Richard Blank is the founder and operator of Costa Rica's Call Center - a state of the art Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) telemarketing company located in San Jose, Costa Rica. You better grab your notepad and pencil for this one because Richard dropped some absolute fire! We cover topics like, the art of speech, phonetics, micro-expression reading, conflict management and more!
My guest in this episode, Marc Carella, is one of the top 5 highest producing State Farm agents in the state of Maryland. After spending 15 years as a middling agent, not succeeding like he always wanted - Marc decided to make a change. And wow, what a change it was! Listen as we discuss topics like, hiring, company culture, sales, work from home life and a lot more!
Quick little episode for you recapping the previous two interviews I had with Richard Blank and Marc Carella. I learned so much from both of them and I hope you did too! My main takeaway for this episode is that you need to be careful who you listen to. There are so many coaches out there freely give away advice on topics they know nothing about. You have to filter through the noise to find the battle tested knowledge, and my guys Richard and Marc certainly had that.
