Different kinds of actions can help you manifest and attract what you want. Inspired action aka your flow, something you’ve mastered. Effortless action is what brings you pleasure. Or maybe it’s forced action. What's better? This varies, and you've got to give yourself permission to determine what's best for you.

Are you as self aware as you could be to get access to things sabotaging you? You’ve gotta become self aware to have big break throughs around what’s held you back. You need to be able to look back at who you’ve become and what you’ve achieved, because that’s where the magic lies.

The first step is to build your powerhouse catalog, which is a catalog of things that you’ve done in the past that make you feel excited, alive, and happy. So, what’s in your powerhouse catalog?

You may have the perception that gratitude feels like a chore. I thought so, too, until I looked at gratitude as “shit I think is cool.” This idea made it easy to see all the things I appreciate. You see, appreciation is just another word to describe gratitude.

I love this topic, it lights me up. When I'm feeling like shit, just listening to how others have used the law of attraction to change their circumstances has got me so lit up that I've in turn been able to get outta my own way.

Some days or full seasons of our lives, goal setting feels discouraging - which is the exact opposite of what goals or visualizing should feel like. I share my experience of when I tried to set goals and visualize, but failed short. Spoiler alert: it's why I haven't recorded or released a podcast in 4 months!

I share what worked for me instead and what advice I'd give to someone else who might not feel like or "be in the mood" to think much beyond the current minute.
