In this episode, we talk about everything from how scary it is starting a business straight out of university, to the struggles of being taken seriously as a young woman, dealing with mental health issues to pursuing goals, how to even make money as an entrepreneur, and Kiara's tips for others to follow in a similar path.

In this conversation, we talk about everything from the obsession of eating healthy and the signs that it may be turning into disordered eating - orthorexia, what the signs are of disordered eating, social media trends that may actually be more negative than positive, what thin privilege is, and a whole lot on digestive issues and IBS and how they may not be related to the food you are eating at all. Victoria also explains what to do on days that you are having a bad body day which is something I think everyone needs to hear. This episode is jam-packed with so many good points, tips, and information we couldn't be more grateful to have Victoria on the Sassy Pod!
