Johnny and Kowski are giddy with anticipation as they make preparations for Kowski's Super Bowl party. We go in-depth into the intricacies of bacon explosions. This party marks 12 years since Johnny started making bacon explosions.

This year's explosions: jalepeno bacon, salame calabrese, kielbasa, cheddar, and mozzarella on one and green chili bacon, italian sausage, cheddar bratwurst, prosciutto, mexican cheese on the other.

Marketing Guru Nad Vaculette returns to The Sausage Hut after not being able to record his own podcast, so Johnny has to take time out to interview him because of some podcast consultation contract he unknowingly signed.

Nad Vaculette tells us that he was recently transferred from the marketing department to the HR department, and he's really excited! Then he shares insights into ideas his HR team had to boost morale and maximize the business. Such great ideas as employees posting positive phrases on sticky notes and putting them on a wall near the HR department and a complimentary baked potato bar served by the executive team are discuessed.
