It's the PS1's 27th birthday (!!) so Iain and I take a look back at the games that made it one beastly son-of-a-console, Halo: Infinite is turning up the heat some more as the Series S becomes the BIGGEST selling console on Black Friday!

MrBeasts Squid Game surpasses 120,000,000 views in a week (wtaf!?), we tell some viral video stories of our own and some meatball decides to start drilling whilst I'm recording the show which as you can imagine, makes me really happy... 🤬🤬🤬

You've probably heard the news by now that Halo: Infinite is absolutely delivering the goods right now and hype is off the charts! But, what about Battlefield 2042??

Iain and I talk Xbox now leading the console war, MrBeast drops the much-anticipated Squid Game IRL vid which has EXPLODED online, I finally after all these years take on The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and recall a weird fizzy drinks test in the 90s that led to the demise of a chicken...

Recorded on GTA: Definitive Edition launch day, I confess that I have NEVER played GTA: San Andreas, we talk whether Xbox is in for a BIG Chrismas with Forza and Halo Infinite now in the mix, I had a hands on with Metroid Dread and it was superb, and of course Iain shares that he once attempted to create a Wii: Fit crime syndicate and I inevitably talk about the festive season even though it's still miles away, and Call Of Duty: Vanguard is out and we're kinda digging it...

On this week's episode, Iain and I talk through his epic time in Paris with Rainbow Six: Siege and share some fun stories about our time at Disneyland (Iain had never been and in classic form, just got straight on the mojitos... :D), we talk about the ALL NEW Nintendo Switch OLED and just how good it is, we keep forgetting the SUPER NINTENDO LAND ACTUALLY EXISTS (and we need to go ASAP), The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes, and with Call of Duty: Vanguard coming out this week, why we both buy the game every year...but somehow, never play it!? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It's October. Halloween is on the horizon...so Iain and I dive deep into Christmas. ffs what is wrong with us :)

We share thoughts on the latest games like FarCry6 and Back4Blood, Iain's got a Nintendo Switch OLED on pre-order (does he need it..!?) and we dive deep into the news that 90s cult classic video game show, GamesMaster is coming back, and to be completely honest, I'm really not that pleased about it...

Brandon Smith and Richard Buckley are FIFA royalty- with Iain away this week, the lads join me on the show!!

Having risen the ranks as one of the premier caster duos across the game, they're on the show this week to share their story of how it started, where its going and some brilliant stories along the way- being roped in last minute to the Champions League Final, commentating whilst baking in the Spanish sun, staying out all night in Amsterdam to save a few pennies for an Ajax gig; it's been a ride!

(For FIFA fans looking at getting ahead in the latest iteration, we talk meta, formations and a few spicy traits to look out for too!)

Squid Game = Korean children's games + Horrible deaths + $46,000,000,000 up for grabs. IT IS MENTAL. But, damn is it setting the world on fire. Iain and I dive into arguably the biggest show of the year and suggest our OWN twisted TV game shows of the future, we go through the highs and lows of Nintendo Direct Autumn 2021 (and see just how off the scent Iain was trying to predict what would happen) and there's updates on the latest Mario 2022 movie which have left us feeling sad and depressed.

Chris effin' Pratt dude. Again!

On this week's show, we dive deep into one of the most highly anticipated PS5 games of the century, DEATHLOOP, which has been getting 10./10 reviews all the over the shop. But does it live up to the hype? Iain and Sav also talk about Anthony Mackie (Falcon) starring as the lead in a new Twisted Metal TV series- based on the popular post-apocalyptic ice cream delivery truck frenzy on the PS1 in the 90s, and what ACTUALLY happened at the PlayStation showcase and some of the huge games coming our way such as Marvel's Spiderman 2 and God of War: Ragnarok!
