Carl Chadband
Mr. Chadband has more than 20 years' experience providing training and technical assistance and program evaluation services to a variety of Federal grantees. He has conducted and coordinated training, technical assistance and research in the fieldsof family strengthening, workforce development, TANF, justice reinvestment, assets for independence, and community economic development. He has extensive experience with in-person and web based trainings, technical assistance, meeting preparation/coordination, conference planning and qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Before forming Rise Now LLC, a consulting firm for small businesses and non-profits Mr. Chadband was the Project Director for multiple federal grants including the Office of Family Assistance (OFA) Responsible Fatherhood Re-Entry, Department of Justice (DOJ) Second Chance Mentoring grantee, and the Office of Community Service (OCS) Healthy Food Financing Initiative (HFFI) grantee.

Nona Narcisse
Nona Narcisse has been trained in several different dance modalities, including ballet, modern, belly dance and African dance. She has theatre and mime training from the lauded Celebration Barn Theater. The Barn was founded by Tony Montanaro, a student of Marcel Marceau. She began doing burlesque in New Orleans in 2007, earning her chops performing with some of the best musicians and entertainers in the world. She has worked with such greats as The Cab Calloway Jazz Orchestra and has traveled as far as The Ascona, Switzerland Jazz Festival to perform. She attended Pratt School of Design in NYC, and designs and creates her own costuming. She’s a former massage therapist and Polarity therapy practitioner. As the owner of Looking Glass Gems, she spends her days making sparkly art and providing the performance community with beautiful, affordable rhinestones for creative design.
