Thank you for tuning in for another episode of the Saved Show podcast! Today is a special episode as we welcome our first guest to the show.
Mr. Les, Lester Mwirichia, is the founder and CEO of TBM Entertainment, the fastest growing entertainment conglomerate in the city of Des Moines. Les joins the show to share how trusting God has been paramount to where he is today. He also shares with us his mantra: Fight your battles from Victory and not for Victory. The battle is already won. God Wins!
It was a pleasure sitting down with a fellow man after God. Hoping to have others join the show in the future. Let me know if you are interested!

You are Saved!
Welcome back to the show! Very grateful for all of the support from listeners this week.
Today, I dive into a concept from the movie/tv realm: Show Don't Tell. I use the Disney Star Wars franchise (and a Moon Knight reference) to explore the need to show the audience more than just telling them. It is far more enjoyable and impactful to show the audience. This leads to character growth that is observable. There are real stakes as the audience sees a character win, lose, face giants, love, laugh, endure, etc.
When you apply this concept to you life, I believe in my heart we are all called to share our faith with others. The best way to share with your audience (those around you) is to show, not just tell. Showing the love of Jesus Christ to others is far more important that shouting others about their sinful ways.
If you'd like to support the show, you can find us on Instagram (@thesavedshow) and Twitter (@TheSavedShow). Share with those around you! Thanks for tuning in to the Saved Show podcast. Today we cover some of my thoughts on fitness and treating your body like a temple.
What comes to your mind when you hear that phrase? "Body is a temple." I think of all of the chips, whiskey, and ice cream I have that I know shouldn't. All of the workouts I never did. How hard it might be to make it to the next town in order to share the Gospel.
Take that first step this week towards honoring your body as a temple: avoid that one dessert, take a 20 minute walk each day, sign up for a 5k, etc. Be the very best you can be and glorify God!
I pray this finds you well! Don't forget that you are saved through Christ.
To help the show, please share it on social media. We have seen a lot of growth lately, and I wanted to thank all of you for sharing.
Today, we talk about treating life like a deployment. In my short Marine Corps career, I was fortunate to be able to deploy to the Middle East. Before that trip across the pond, we had to execute a preparatory phase. Through trials of different sorts, we were deemed and achieved a sense of preparedness for what was to come.
What are you trying to achieve in life? What is that "deployment" for you?
Are you trying to win a 5k? Lose 15 pounds? What are you doing to pursue that goal? These things require some preparation. You can't show up on race day without running in the weeks or months prior. You can't lose 15 pounds in 6 months without making the necessary changes in your life.
As it relates to faith, we all have a Great Commission. We all need to prepare ourselves to have conversations and confrontations with people in order to share the gospel with them. Are you preparing? I am trying to prepare more myself. Read the word in the morning. Pray. Build a strong foundation in Christ. Prepare to live this life as a deployment for Christ.
You are Saved.
Happy Fourth of July everyone! I pray you are having a great holiday and celebrating our freedoms with loved ones. Today, I discuss verses from Galatians and Romans on what it means to be free, both as Americans and Christians. I personally seek to describe myself as a Christian first and foremost. This isn't a rejection of patriotism, our flag, our nation, etc. I am aiming for more and standing firm on a foundation which is a relationship with God and Jesus. This is what I am after.
Enjoy the day everyone! Have some bourbon, as I will be. We are free in this nation. We are saved through Christ!
