Oooft this was a tough episode to record and share. But we got there - thanks for bearing with me!

In it I share my reflections on a year of podcasting and an honest update about some evolutions and transitions going on right now, including pausing the podcast to make space for whatever is next.

So I just want to say thank you soooo much for being on this journey with me, it has been such an honour to connect with you and share stories and tools with you and hear about your own goals and lives. I'm so grateful for your attention and time and support. It honestly means the world.

Firstly - THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for being on this journey with me! When I started this podcasting adventure my scary goal was "publish 30 episodes by 31 Dec 2024" and now it's almost the end of 2024. I can't quiet believe it. Recording this episode was a pinch-me moment for sure.

In this episode I dive into why reflection is sooo powerful and why I really suggest you build in a practice of it.

And then I walk you through 5 questions I've asked myself at the end of 2024 that have helped me extract so much goodness and lessons from the year, even though personally it's felt like a really hard one and so much of me just wanted to ignore it and run head-first into 2025 (so if this is you I get you! And also don't do that - listen to this episode and really pause because 2024 has been so much better than you think it has - you are so much more of a badass than you realise you are).

You'll learn how to celebrate wins, how to learn from challenges in the year, how to understand just how much you've grown and evolved as a person, how to realise what experiences have lit you up and how to feel fully grateful and that you're living your dream life right now.

In this episode we're diving into what overwhelm is (and isn't) and why it's not actually about the number of things on your to-do list. I explain the overwhelm cycle of ahhh there's too much to do! Which leads to feeling overwhelmed, shutting down and avoiding doing anything and then not making progress so there being the same amount to do and the overwhelm continuing. If this resonates you're not alone :) I give three really easy steps for how to get out of this spin cycle when you're in it.
