On this weeks show, I have a challenge for you! 5 strategies, everyday, for 5 days. This is all about focus. I want to help you bring your thoughts and ideas in line with you goals, vision, and ACTIONS. What do you want? What are you trying to build? Where do you want to be this time next year? All these questions require you to focus, not only on the task at hand, but every action and move you make between here and there!
#1. Take care of your physical needs [eat, drink water, sleep, use the bathroom]
#2. Eliminate distracting activities [anything that takes your mind from the task at hand or consumes thought load]
#3. Shut-up [never miss a good opportunity to SHUT-UP. Instead, think, listen, and breath]
#4. Be selective with your energy [Minimize the resource pirates in your life and have criteria for your actions]
#5. Be intentional with every action [don’t leave without knowing how and where you are going, visualize the journey and plan for the unexpected]
