July 2, 2020 at 1am marked the official mid-point of 2020. I know we have been through a lot this year, but many of you still had goals and objectives that you communicated to me at the beginning of the year. The School of Hard Knox has a responsibility to bring those back to your memory and hold you accountable. This weeks show is a challenge to anyone who set out to do something great in 2020! We are exactly half way through and its time to evaluate your business over the past 6-months. We will focus on these 4 questions to determine what adjustments we should make for the remainder of 2020;

1. Is my brand today what I intended it to be when I started?

As I was researching topics for this weeks show, I realized I've never talked much about expectations. Expectations are one of the most important aspects of business and execution that exist. We put expectations on ourselves, with out knowing what that they are based on, and we put expectations on others with them know we have expectations for them! Exposure is the most powerful investment you can make into any young person.
