In our 20th episode, I visit with Mike Koehler, owner of Smirk New Media about his company's 10th anniv, online customer service (reply or die), and how our homes will replenish themselves with re-ording products we need.
Mike talks about why businesses should spend more time engaging with customers rather than creating new content all the time. There is a way to turn negative comments to your advantage and Mike talks about how to do that.
