FRESH FROM THE MARGINS, our series hosted by B Peterson and Anna Campion that has been dedicated to smaller New Releases, has returned for its swan song. And what a song it is! Our first episode, which was released January 2nd, was all about our lists for the Best Films of 2020. And so it seemed fitting that we end our podcast by looking back on the first half of 2021, so that we might discuss what films brought us the most laughter and tears and excitement and calm. OUR WEEKLY WISEMAN, the podcast dedicated to going through every Frederick Wiseman film in reverse chronological order has RETURNED...for one more episode. Yup, it's bittersweet, but B Peterson and Harold can at least now say, having seen and discussed DOMESTIC VIOLENCE (2001), which explores the ins and outs of the Tampa DV survivor center known as "The Spring," that they've explored all of Wiseman's work in the 21st Century.
