True crime bleeds into everything. Name it. Name any given subject then attach the word “murder” before sending it off on an internet search. Chances are that it’ll come back like a cat with a broken bird in its mouth. And that’s not what we wanted for Marooned. But there seems to be no escape. Unless you’re a miracle like The Sea Waif. Alone and adrift. Something of a crime in itself.
