I review CBT 2e by Judith Beck and also share real life instances where I have used the methods laid out by Dr. Beck in this book.

8/10 I highly recommend this book for those of you who want to learn how to challenge ideas in a therapeutic way or to those of you learning to be psychotherapists.

I review the book "The Will to Meaning" by Viktor Frankl. Its a follow up to "Man's Search for Meaning" I discuss my attempts at using the applications with a patient who used to be on my ward. I also pose a question to the listeners regarding an idea, so I hope to receive feedback regarding that idea so I will know what to do next.

I review the book "One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich" by Alexandr Solzhenitsyn. The book follows the protagonist Ivan Denosovich Shukov through a typical day in the Soviet Gulag camp. Survival is what drives the prisoners as they work in -35 degree temperatures. I highly recommend this book.

This is my review of the classic Russian novel by Fyodor Dostoevsky, who through his characters explores the psychology of hedonism, atheism, religion, and nihilism through his characters in the novel.

A solid 10/10

I have Rachel Gibbons, one of my oldest friends from High School and I have what was thought to be a contentious discussion turned out to be a great conversation where we were able to agree on many different things, which is a great thing with a promise to return and discuss Dr. Jordan Peterson, whom we both agree has helped many people, myself included.

Tonight Logan and I have a conversation with West Virginia resident Richard Provost who began a legal battle against the West Virginia advocacy departments of Child Protective Services and the Department of Health and Human Resources and the Board of Education is also involved in Wood County. He discusses how he initially won against them in court and shares his story.
