This week we have another Anti Stigma Summer Sessions special, as we feature one of our Live events from this month, More Than My Mental Health Poetry Edition.

We will be chatting with our volunteers about our volunteers sharing and discussing poetry, pets and our lives during lockdown. We will also be discussing the importance of seeing an entire individual and how this helps challenge the stigma around mental health problems.

Dee, Nick, Lynn and Maeve will also be catching up to discuss what has been going on over the summer at See Me, and looking at why arts are having such a big impact in changing the way people think.
