One of the CRAZIEST physical transformations AND brand creations we've ever seen... Today we'll be interviewing a Taiwanese fitness celebrity who went from 38% body fat to 8%. If you think that was impressive, he also created his own branded house. He is the one and only Peeta 葛格 – a YouTube star with a fitness studio Peeta Fitness, a restaurant Peeta TakeTake, and an ecommerce platform Peeta Mart.

We would recommend watching this episode on YouTube because at one point in the video he took of his shirt and trust us, there's a reason why he has half a million followers 🙈
