She has an Honours Degree in Business Administration that she obtained from B.C.I.T where she was also elected Class President and awarded a scholarship for Academic Achievement. At 20 years old, she set off on a backpacking trip that accidentally turned into 10 years living away from home and the experience of travelling to over 30 countries. In 2018, after coming to the realization that she needed to make a major life change, she resigned from her career in Finance to pursue becoming a full-time confidence coach. She now dedicates her time to helping people discover their kick-ass confidence. Kimberly helps individuals increase their self-belief and confidence to get unstuck in work and life, and she’ll make sure you have fun while you’re at it! She is known for her high energy, humour, creativity and compassion. While Kimberly has a deep passion to help people feel confident in life and work, for many years she suffered quietly with depression and bulimia. With so much mainstream news and social media, it’s common for many of us to get caught in negative comparison and imposter syndrome. As a result, she has dedicated her life to helping others avoid the same fate and spends her time learning about personal development, confidence, spirituality and self-compassion. She is also a Level I Reiki Healer. In her spare time, when she’s not cooking, reading, laughing, or hanging with her Nephew, she writes about confidence, career advice and spirituality.
