Hello beautiful souls wherever you are around the world,Not much to write here as the video says it all.I just wanted to say there’s a lot going on in the collective energy at the moment - fear, overwhelm, aggression etc. And that’s going to bring up all kinds of stuff in you - old wounds, heightened sensitivity, emotional turmoil. It doesn’t mean you’ve done anything wrong, or that you’re falling back into old ways or patterns. It just means your recalibrating, being released of what no longer serves you, and it’s a lot.So just give yourself a break, feel whatever you’re feeling. But remember those feelings are a sensation in your body, a discomfort in your being… emotions do not live in your head, so don’t run away with thoughts from the past that don’t serve you.Just take care of you, love you, and feel whatever is coming up.
