Aren't we all playing the game of "life" to some extent?
But what if the game gets stuck and we can't advance at our current level?
We sit there and wonder:
→ Why is my business as sluggish as a compensating "omnivore"? → Why do I feel like an empty & switched-off zombie, whose life is on a perpetual loop? → Who the hell am I really, and what do I want here?
→ Which way is the damn right one, after all? → My emotions are going haywire and I'm not really sure anymore which direction to take... → Why am I getting fatter, slower, and more lethargic?
Each of us wants to upgrade & strengthen the "avatar of our life."
And like in any good role-playing game, we need the right toolkit.
So let's dive into our personal matrix.
Maybe now's the time to decrypt the codes in our brain, to "decode" them - to study and learn to understand our programs.
After all, our behavior isn't random – it's based on systems that make more sense than you might like.
Once we recognize the true purpose of our "codes & programs," that is, understand their benefit, we can decide:
Do we take control & change direction, or do we continue to be driven in circles, caught in the same loop?
But to decode our "codes & programs," we need a mirror.
A mirror that shows you the messy corners of your psyche and the spots where you haven't taken your emotional hygiene too seriously.
A mirror might also show you what you would prefer to hide because you are ashamed, scared, or feeling guilty.
A mirror that shows you what keeps you in the perpetual loop of recurring problems and challenges.
Let's be honest... if you could see it yourself, you would have changed it by now, right?
And that's exactly what I do. I am like a "co-pilot" on your emotional road trip.
Your sparring partner, with whom you train the new combinations in fighting.
Together we look at why certain feelings keep coming up, what they want to tell us, and how we can use this inner compass to reach our goal.
So let me ask you: Do you dare to feel & to decode?
