In 1986, a woman named Marybeth Tinning was arrested for a crime so horrible, it sent shockwaves through her community.  But what’s even worse, her horrendous acts spanned back for over a decade and will leave you questioning, “How can someone be so evil?” 

In the early 1980s, The Nightstalker had the people from San Francisco to Los Angeles and all points in between living in fear.  By the time Richard Ramirez was captured, there were 14 people dead and dozens more left to deal with the wake of his wrath.
