We revisit the topic of Health and how Mike is helping us change our lives one grueling week at a time! I 100% can say that being trained by Mike has been one of the best decisions of my life. While we were filming our new documentary in Houston this past week, we had the chance to meet a local artisit by the name of Colby Deal and film his work on the streets of the Third Ward.

We chat with Prolifek on today's The Sesh!

I chat with my good buddy Markus about one of the coolest expos coming up this weekend! A Tattoo Expo with Tattoo Artists from around the world will be coming to McAllen, Tx. Eric Ryan talks about what to expect from the Expo!
