Andrew Whitworth joins Terron Armstead on The Set to look back at the decision that changed both his career and the Los Angeles Rams franchise.

Whitworth explains what it meant for the Rams to believe in him when they signed him at 35 years old, why that opportunity meant so much at that stage of his career, and what immediately stood out about Sean McVay. Whitworth and Armstead break down the trust between great players and coaches, McVay's unique approach to connecting with his locker room, and how that culture helped turn Los Angeles into a championship organization.

The Rams made Whitworth one of Sean McVay's first major additions in 2017. Five seasons later, Whitworth finished his career as a Super Bowl champion after helping establish the culture that still defines the Rams today.
