As you reflect on an issue that has called your attention through your shadow, you may find that applying the Law of Attraction and what you know about it now to past experiences does not always seem to add up. Many people have not had the desired results expected using strategies of the Law of Attraction, especially when actively engaging in Shadow Work. And you may also find that projecting positivity can almost seem impossible when you are going through the Dark Night of the Soul.

The healing journey can be long and difficult at times and you may feel that you are alone on your journey, but nothing could be further from the truth. Regardless of what you encounter on your journey, you always have help. It just doesn’t’ show up the way you think it should or through whom you think will provide it.

I share a simple story where I could not deny I had help; help  so deep and profound that shifted my momentum out of a downward spiral.

Help is always being offered if you peek between the moments in your days and notice the simplicity in your life. The simplicity of life is where your greatest answers, messages and messengers are.  Trust and believe that you do have help and you may begin to notice the genius of it in action.

Many people have difficulty taking back their power, but why? The ultimate goal in shadow work is to bring you to a state of wholeness, but what is the greater benefit of operating in that state? When you heal the heavy energies presented by the shadow, you are clearing the way for a stronger communication with your Higher Self. And you will become conscious of the assistance and guidance that your Higher Self has always provided. Learn to develop an authentic relationship with your Higher self through shadow work and become aware of how and when it is operating in your life.  Clarity not only directs you to what needs healing but also to what has been helping you all along.

This will be the last episode I will for THE SHADOW SPEAKS for a while. The time has come for me to  step into the next phase of my life path and purpose. 

Though inner work will continue, it is now moving in the direction of being present and co-creating what will be. In the present, it is about embracing liberation and celebrating the long journey to liberation and claiming Victory of the Light!

I am also in the process of developing a couple of courses based on this work at a much deeper level. I am also considering creating a membership program to help others walk through this process. Ironically, the more engaged you are at this level is a great indicator that you yourself are in training to help others with their shadow work. I will use this channel to keep you posted.

If you have been doing shadow work for a while, you may feel that it never ends. There is a reason for that. We all know about the power of positive affirmations. But how do you identify and utilize negative affirmations in your shadow work? Positive affirmations are a great healing tool, but can mask a message from your shadow if you use them to wipe out the all the messages coming in.

There are messages coming from your Shadow through the negative affirmations that may haunt your mind. The gem beneath the shadow can be found in your negative self talk and can direct you to the solutions that you are seeking, instead of the problems you think they are presenting. When you really listen to what the constant message in your head is saying, not only will you benefit from the message itself, but you will find that it may quiet the mind because the message has been received. So before you reach beyond yourself for the answers, just consider the answers are actually coming from within... just not the way you thought you would receive them.
