This episode is the final part of what has been an incredibly in depth look at the Book of Daniel from the Bible!  The Book of Esther will be next as we continue examining the ways in which we can each overcome through strong faith while living in a world plagued by the darkness of faithlessness.

We were going to run both books into one series, but since we ended up having 12 parts for Daniel (a 12 chapter book), we thought it best to create a new series for the Book of Esther!

After all, it's very important that we make a distinction between Babylon and Persia!  While they were both places of captivity at different times for the Jewish people, they were certainly very distinct.

'Today, we'll simply focus on resurrection and attaining the best possible one through conforming each and every day to the Image of Christ!  Let us grow a bountiful harvest together!

We've certainly got our work cut out for us!'

Today's episode begins with condolences over the passing of Dolly Parton, expressing gratitude for her Christian music!  Rest in peace Dolly!

We then celebrate our announcement of little Otter and Bibble, who were both born in July!

Matthew moves into a communal prayer request for all the people in Texas, Nevada, and elsewhere who've been so terribly impacted by these fires..

The main subject of today's episode is Daniel chapter 9!  This 'Seventy Weeks' prophecy is extremely complex, so we'll review a brief study from just about the most historically accepted, Jewish, scholarly prophetic perspective.

This 11 month anniversary of Sophia and I becoming a couple is capped on this 20th day of August!  From now on, now that we've married, celebratory messages will be posted every 7th day of each month!  How fitting for us to meet and be married on the number 7.. 8/7 Hey!  8/7 for an '87 baby! :D

My sweet Sophia just turned 26 years old during our wonderful wedding visit and I just can't express enough just how blessed I feel.. how blessed I am to have this woman as my own!  Glorious.. Wise beyond her years.. Beyond beautiful..
