If you're in a leadership role in your organization, many times you'll need to communicate to a group of team members. Well, the same strategies I use to communicate with my family in our groupchat are the same strategies you can use when sending announcements. In this episode, I talk about those strategies. 5 of them. Implement them immediately!

I'm constantly thinking about the AI solution for the enterprise. Like what does that look like? I don't think I've found the answer yet, but I'm getting closer.

I see the power it brings for individuals, but how does that scale for the organization? Efficiently and safely?

Griffin Lickfeldt, my guest today, gives me a glimpse into how we can actually make this happen. Tune in to hear all about it!

SharePoint permissions are confusing. I don't expect the average user to understand how they work, but in this episode I take the time to explain it.

After you're done listening, you won't feel so confused anymore. Promise.

Email is great for conversation. It’s terrible for managing processes that repeat, have deadlines, or require shared ownership.

I was a little annoyed by an RFP (Request for Proposal) I saw recently. It asked respondents to "please send all questions" to a specific person's email address! I had a whole different episode planned, but I was so fired up about this, I had to change course.
