Why are we hiring people only to slow them down?
It's 2024 and there are a TON of things we can get accomplished just on our phone. However, when someone gets hired and begins their work...it seems like it's no longer 2024.
They're asked to carry out processes like it's the 90s.
We need to stop this practice.
Chune in for my thoughts.
