Imagine if you could spend your days making horror movies with your friends. For me, it's hard enough imagining if I had friends. But the titles alone would be worth it..." Borrowed Lawnmower from beyond the Grave," "It Came from Amazon...and landed on My Doorstep Instead", "Attack of the Yard Sale Customer"...well, you get the idea. Luckily, Hunter gets to make up better titles and better movies, and he's here to talk about it...thanks for coming on the show, Hunter!

Programming Note: "Sherpa Selects" airs on Saturdays. And I will take requests and mention your name!!!
If you're lucky to follow Patrick on social media, you should check out his "re-enactments" of classic movie scenes. Plus, on here, you'll hear his imitation of Lord Mr. Bruce! How can you go wrong with an interview like that? (Wait a minute...who's pointing at me???)

My first chat with former wrestlers! (Another one will be coming in the future) But these guys love talking movies, and not just about wrestling, which makes them a formidable pop culture tag team...check this one out!

It's a good thing that I always like the podcasters that I interview. Somehow, I wouldn't want to envision slamming "The Heavyweight Chumps" and getting body-slammed by either Mattox or Thundercookies. (Besides, how do you explain that a guy named Thundercookies body-slammed me? ) Although they've put their ring action behind them, the guys don't mind discussing wrestling, movies, tv, music, etc. They're not only available on your favorite podcast apps, you can also catch them on the radio, too. The guys were lots of fun to talk to, also, and they really enjoy their fans, too.
(Maybe, just don't ask Thundercookies where he got his name from in front of the kids,)And you can tell that Mattox has a wealth of info, too. So listen to them...or fear the above-mentioned bodyslam!

If ya smell....what the Sherpa....is cookin"! ) Next week, it's back to The Sherpa Screening Room with director Michael Mueller! #VivaLaSherpalution!
Just like your Sherpa, Robert's podcast is still going strong with new episodes, so you can catch up on interesting discussions on health and wellness! Unfortunately, the last time I heard about massage techniques, instead of using a foam roller, I used a steamroller. Well, I've always believed in the power of steam. Spoiler alert...don't try that at home....

No, sorry, not a typo THIS time! Robert is the host of a YouTube channel and podcast that focuses on massage, yoga, and wellness. It was interesting that he found interest in this as a pain management method after being hit by a drunk driver. His methods may vary from what you may know, or think what you know, about massage technique. If you visit his YouTube channel, you'll understand his point. Hopefully, the medical community will gain a better understanding of his methods in time. (Sorry, I'm not using the "He must be rubbing them the wrong way" joke. Nope, not doing it. Uhhh..never mind.)
There's nothing wrong with your podcast player! It's "Too Many Podcasts!" with a new name and fresh underwear! (Not really sure about that "fresh underwear" part. )We'll still be bringing you everything you've heard in the past 300+ episodes, plus hopefully, more! Follow the show at sherpalution (Facebook, Instagram, X) and tell me a podcast to check out, to get your name on the show. You can still hear us (or start listening to us) on podcast apps everywhere, and the Sherpalution YouTube page (@sherpalution5000). #VivaLaSherpalution!
As of this date of re-release, this is my MOST listened to episode! Thanks to all five of you! (Well, maybe not you with the hat..) Even though his podcast is no longer, Brice was a super nice guy to talk to. I've been to Disney World twice, and people kept thinking that I was a ride. ("It's a Small Sherpa"). But have a listen!

Hey there, Sherpateers! Do you know what time it is? Time to talk Disney! And I was lucky enough to find Brice, who hosts both "The Nocturnal Disney Podcast" and "Twilight Thoughts". Listening to the interview, you can tell how much joy Disney has brought to Brice's life. He's been going since he was a kid, and still knows how to make a great day at Disney World as an adult. He's even passionate about Disney programming, as well. The man clearly knows his M-O-U-S-E. Plus, he has 2 informative and fun podcasts to support it. AND, you don't have to wait on a long line to listen to it, either! So, start the Main Street Parade, launch the fireworks, and get me a $30.00 bottle of water...let's talk Disney with Brice! #VivaLaSherpalution!

Sherpa (Disney) Suggestions:
That's it for the Sherpa Sheet this week. Hey, I've created a new Spotify playlist called "Sherpa Love." Lots of love songs for a perfect romantic night. Well, Rebels, as they say, all good thing must come to an end. And since no one has said this podcast is good, we will soldier on! Since this is a season wrap-up episode, we'll have the traditional thank yous, and feature some "Sherpa Samples....but stick around for an announcement that may interest you, okay?
These are the shows sampled in "Sherpa Samples":
Programming Note: "Sherpa Selects" airs on Saturdays. And I will take requests and mention your name!!!
in the 4 years since this interview, Heather entered in a fitness model competition, became a stand-up comic, and now owns a ride share service for women in Tennessee! She certainly keeps herself busy! (I could enter in a fitness model competition...well, if they're looking to photograph "Don'ts". Am I right??)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Heather had just finished a workout before our interview, which, coincidentally, so did I. (Napping is still considered working out, right? Anyone?) Not only did she work up a sweat in her workout, she put a lot of sweat into her book, "Bullied at the Dog Park". Here's hoping that she gets the animated series that she's hoping for. She certainly is a busy lady, between promoting her book, acting auditions, and her YouTube show. I find it so impressive that she took an event that would have been an annoyance to many, and was able to parlay it into an important conversation. Please be kind to each other, Rebels. There's no place for bullying anywhere in this earth or on this crazy cyber-galaxy. Also , learn the power of a sparkly dress and eye shadow on your mouth!
