Matthew 28:16-20

Today we take some time to look at the Great Commission. In this we are reminded that God has invited us into His mission.

We also take time to hear from our team that has recently returned from Haiti.

We ask these questions:

What did we do?

Why did we go?

What is next?

How do we apply this now?

Psalms 42 and Psalms 23

Many times in life we have obstacles, hurtles, disappointments and suffering. Many times we ask "God - Where are you?" or "God would you please get me out of this?"

How should we properly respond to them as children of God? Today's conversation of faith leads us (Biblically) into the Valley of the Shadow of Death and takes a look at God's activity in the midst of life's pain

1 John 5:14-17

"The Prayer Faith Enables"

Today we continue with John's conclusion of his letter to the house churches in Ephesus.

In his conclusion, he wants them to grow in confidence in several areas. Today we look at

1) The confidence that we have in prayer (that God hears us)

2) The confidence we have the God answers our prayers as we pray His will.

3) Our call to compassionately pray for others.

1 John 5:13

Today begins the conclusion of Johns letter to the house churches in Ephesus.

There is something that he desperately wants them to KNOW and BELIEVE, and based upon this have great hope and freedom!

Today we celebrate 10 years as a church. Join us as we go back and - very briefly - retell some of the story thru the perspectives of Scott Henderson, Neal McKinney, and Brad Duncan.

The only conclusion we can come to...we have experienced 10 years of God's grace!

1 John 5:6-12

Today John pauses and says (essentially)..."don't just take my word on it"....and then John brings in 4 other witnesses that will testify that Jesus is the Son of God!

1 John 4:13

Today we look again the core questions we ask in life:

• Am I in God?

• Am I abiding?

• What will happen to me after I die?

We find answers to these questions in 1 John 4:13

1 John 4:13-21

Today we turn again to the subject of abiding. According to the text we see that abiding is:

1) Confession

2) Indwelling

3) Growing

And all of this is initiated and empowered by God!

Is rest important? What about Sabbath? Is that just an Old Testament mandate, or is it relevant today?

Today's conversation of faith begins to address this subject in a very personal way, as Brad shares some of his story, and lessons He is learning along the way.

1 John 4:7-12

Today we find out that God's love is not abstract! It's physical, it's tangible, it's different, it's supernatural!
