i know i've found the prospect of fasting so scary in the past so i really pray that God in His grace uses this episode as a tool to ease any fears and questions you may have about fasting.

Know that God is with you, God loves you and He sent His Son, Jesus, to die for you to show this love. Not only that, but to be the access-way to know Him and to offer forgiveness for your sins. Jesus is alive and ready to accept you as His friend <3 all you have to do is accept this free gift He has given you by believing in Him (Acts 16:30-31; Ephesians 2:8-9; John 3:16).
