In this episode, I’m talking about being a young Christian and what that entails. Being a young person and a Christian or a 'young Christian' can be a lot so I wanted to explore what it's like and why it's actually not a bad thing at all. But I do get real about some of the challenges including self-identity struggles, questions about relationships and some things I've found personally difficult.

What better way to celebrate a milestone episode than by reminding ourselves of the Gospel?! But truly, the Gospel is quite literally the message of salvation so it is the most important thing that a person can hear. I hope in this episode to make the message of the Gospel (the good news about how Jesus offers us salvation and a life in Him) clear, especially for those who haven’t heard it before, and I pray I have done that. Going through and getting through hard times are...hard!

It can be difficult and that is why I wanted to speak about how we can look at our mental health from a Christian perspective. Sharing some personal experiences and lessons, I discuss what mental health is, how it can be negatively impacted, and how we can overcome difficult times.

Please remember that you are loved and to speak out to get help when you need help. There is no shame in asking for help - your mental health matters.

The struggle is real but luckily Jesus is too!

As Christians we are going to face difficulties in our faith; we may fall out of good habits or we may just wonder we do what God has told us to do. This episode dives into some of the struggles Christians face and how those struggles don't mean the end of the world but rather, a renewed faith in God.

It's a good one, everybody...

As ever but with a genuine heart, this is a very special episode for me and one whose lessons I wish I knew a lot sooner. Our comfort zone is great because it's comfortable but this comfort can be a hinderance; in this episode we learn all about that and how we can branch out of our comfort zone in order to do what we need to for God.
