  • Episode 8: Letting Fear Control Your Life

I feel like many of us will experience something traumatic and will be so afraid of experiencing it again that we lose many good things in the process. It's been a long time coming but I can say now, that I'm not gonna let that control my life, and neither can you.

I promised some mental health resources below so here they are :)

  • Episode 6: Moving on (Offically)

It's been one hell of 2 months but I am so happy to say I am finally back. On my break, I have learned a lot about myself and I can say I'm moving on to a new phase of my life. Here's how it went and where I plan to go from here.

    Topics mentioned:

Having a big ego, and inflated self-image, dealing with haters, how to respectfully leave people, making excuses (I'm super guilty of this), always searching for the next thing, celebrating getting through things, and the future of this podcast and my future plans.

  • Episode 4: Taking Ownership For Past Mistakes/ Forgiving Yourself

In this episode, I talk about my experience with the biggest boo boo I've made in my life and dealing with my mistakes. Remember guys, we're not perfect, and what matters the most is that you decide to do things differently now. You did what you thought was right and that's ok, but now you know what not to do.

  • Episode 3: Confidence

I feel like when I talked about this last I was talking more about arrogance, but I've gotten over that now. In this episode I share my confidence journey so far and what helped me get here.

    Some tips mentioned:

    1. Know yourself fully, keep a good self-image- you are that person who you want to be, the only key is to stop doubting it

    2. There is no compeptition- You are on your own path doing your own thing, nobody is better or worse at that.

    3. Take risks but more importantly start doing what you've always wanted to do

    4. Don't change- sounds hypocritical but this isn't about becoming someone completely different, it's more about becoming who you always knew you were.
