From the title and casting choices, one might expect a light hearted comedy about neighbors who bond and help out with each others problems. That is not the case, as Will Ferrell plays a New Yorker with an anxiety disorder in 1982 who enters therapy under Dr. "Ike" (Paul Rudd). It's based on a true story, and makes me glad we now have the internet to vet our prospective psychologists before trying them out.
